Shipping Policy
- Orders are delivered within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the delivery time specified by the shipping company chosen by the customer, which is usually between 4–15 days.
- Falcons Store is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the products during the shipping process.
- In case of a delay in delivery caused by the shipping company, we will follow up with the concerned company to resolve the issue; however, we are not responsible for any delays beyond our control.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable fees. Please note that some countries require customers to pay customs duties or additional shipping charges, and the customer is obligated to pay these fees.
If the shipment is not received by the customer due to any of the following reasons:
- The customer did not respond to the shipping company or repeatedly postponed the delivery.
- Incorrect information was provided in the shipping label submitted by the customer during the order.
For orders within Saudi Arabia:
If we receive the returned shipment, we will contact the customer to find the best solution and resend the order as soon as possible.
The customer will bear the cost of reshipping, and if the customer does not respond, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping and return costs caused by the customer.
For international orders:
If the customer fails to respond to the shipping company and does not receive the order, the shipment will be destroyed by the shipping company, and no refund will be issued to the customer.
