Exchange policy:
1- Without prejudice to the statutory provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within the following 7 days from the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the 7 days have passed.
2- To exchange a product, the product must be in good condition and have all commercial labels on it, and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if he wants to exchange the product. The consumer must deliver the product to the nearest shipping company branch. In the case of an international exchange, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company.
4-The exchange process takes a maximum of 4-14 working days.
Return Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the statutory provisions, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the store within the three days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to do so after the three days have passed.
2- To return the product, the product must be in good condition and have all commercial labels on it, and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the store bears the shipping costs.
4- In the event of defects or errors, the order will be returned or replaced immediately.
5- If the customer added incorrect data when ordering (such as phone, email, and geographic location) and the shipping company was unable to reach him in any way, the order will be canceled immediately and the amount will be refunded to the customer, deducting the shipping fees.
6- After receiving the returned product from the customer, it may take 7-30 working days to return the amount.
The consumer has no right to exchange or return the product in the following cases:
1- If the service of printing the name on the product is requested, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If the product is used accessories and clothing.
3- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.
4-The product will not be replaced again if it was previously replaced correctly at the consumer’s request, unless there is an error or damage.
